  • Renters must be 21 years of age or older with a valid drivers license. 
  • Security deposit of $250 is required whether renting daily or weekly. 
  •  Renters must sign an Equipment Agreement/Check List in order to rent watercraft upon pick up, no exception.
  • No refunds on cancellations less than 30 days prior to reserved date.
  • Renters are financially responsible for any damage caused to motors or watercraft.
  • Rentals start at 9:00am and need to be returned by 5:00pm on the last day of your rental. For every 30 minutes after 5:00pm the renter will incur a $50 charge.
  • Rates of the watercraft rental do not reflect fuel. Fuel will be charged separately. 
  • Rates and availability subject to change.

RESERVATION INFORMATION & RESORT POLICIES 

  • Cabin check-in is at 3:00pm and check-out is at 9:00am. 
  •  No one under the age of 25 will be allowed to rent a cabin. 
  • All cabins are subject to state and county sales tax of 7.875%.
  • Please contact us via email, phone or online form for questions regarding accessibility of individual units for persons with disabilities.
  • The cabins are fully supplied with bed linens, refrigerator, oven/pot holders, microwave, coffee maker/coffee filters, toaster, pots, pans, dishes, utensils, glassware and silverware. In addition, also supply dish soap/sponge, hand soap, garbage bags and toilet paper.
  • No smoking allowed in any of the cabins. We have provided outdoor patio ashtray stands outside.
  • Pets (dog(s)) are allowed in all cabins. All pets MUST be leashed, not left alone in cabin and cleaned up after.  Pets ARE NOT allowed on any cabin furniture, including beds.
  • We do not allow guests to bring their own firewood (if living outside of Minnesota) due to the concern of the spread of the Emerald Ash Borer.
  • Firewood is available at the office for $6.00/bundle.
